Almahdi Dry Sweets:

The dough is dehydrated during baking and by filtering the sugar syrup. A variety of dough types are used, including; brown and white baklava and brown and white Kadayif dough. We create over 30 shapes, and each can have a different filling.

Fillings: We offer a diverse range of fillings, including healthy fillings of pistachios, cashews, peanuts, pine nuts, ghee butter, French butter and almonds.

Due to its long shelf life with no need for refrigeration, this product is ideal for travel retail or for special occasions.

Baklava – available in small exquisite pieces, highlighting our patience and creativity. Rather than eating one piece, consumers can indulge guilt-free,  and enjoy a diverse range of small pieces.

Hot sweets:

Made from Fetter and Kadayif dough. Served hot with a cheese filling or garnish (Kreme), which has a more delicate texture than cheese. Suitable for corporate events, catering or parties, with a short delivery time of 3-4 hours. Should be eaten while warm.

Hot sweets with additional aromas, including mastika, rose water, pistachios, walnuts and cinnamon. Variety of up to 12 products.

Cookies and biscuits:

Made from flour, semolina or black cumin, butter milk, dates, sesame, honey, walnuts, cinnamon and spices, always using natural ingredients – never artificial. Includes up to 10 products with constant innovations.
